How we executed it
We turned the brand's fit out into a kit of parts: a fixed set of fixture modules, one cash counter and one fitting room type, all documented so the third store could be built without a new design round. Each store shipped as numbered flat packed modules with its own assembly sheet, so the brand's local crews could install with our foreman supervising rather than a full travelling team.
Lead time
7 weeks for the first store, 4 weeks for each store after
Complexity
Medium. The difficulty was standardisation, not craft: three different shell geometries had to accept the same modules.
Installation
4 to 5 days per store, overnight where the shopping centre required it, with one of our foremen present at every opening.
Project management
One account project manager across all three stores, one fixture engineer owning the kit documentation, and one travelling foreman.
